Similar to my W.A.R.i thread but this time make, or are at least attempt to make higher quality upscales using the Resrgan model Photo-HQ-W4xEX in waifu2x extension gui
1:1 1080x1080 is the goal but some might lose context so I'll get as close as I can to this but avoid going 16:9 since that doesn't look good on phones.

For example kids growing up in the past would deliverately do stupid stuff like try to eat a head of lettuce for dinner, find out that it makes you sick, and never do it again. Now as AI becomes smarter it can inform them that doing something like this is bad for them. But is it okay to rob them from the life lesson?

>A September review of prices on the McDonald’s app found a company-operated restaurant in Fresno, California, selling a Big Mac for $5.69, while another company-run location about two miles away charged $6.89, a difference of roughly 21%.

I always did find the sudden price surges of non-computer stuff suspicious after the pandemic ended, the USD is becoming worthless but not that quickly.
Big Mac isn't even good anymore, last time I bought one the patties looked so thin, the sandwich is mostly white bread and stale lettuce.

I want to create a game, not because I think I wanna make money off it or even have others play it, but as a creative outlet, I want to create my own world.
I have no game developer experience, is AI good enough to help me?

Webp Anime Reaction images thread #2. Jahy-sama edition.
Archive of #1 (Oreimo S2): https://files.catbox.moe/vvt33l.zip
Workflow:
- Take 1080p anime screenshot in PNG.
- Crop it to 1:1 1080x1080 res (so it looks good on mobile and desktop)
- Resize it to 50% and feed it to the Resrgan upscaler using the Anime-HQ-W4xEX model (found on the waifu2x extension gui on github)
- Resize it to 50% again (ie back to 1080x1080), overall this significantly removes video compression artefacts and sharpens up blurry details.
- Convert to webp using these parameters in cwebp: -sharp_yuv -m 6 -pass 10 -psnr 45

Isn't it crazy how AI has given pretty much everyone almost unlimited power to create whatever they wanted and nothing noteworthy has been created? Sure AI can speed things up, but the bottleneck is new ideas

TBH it's still not very reliable. Like it still guesses and makes up information and it's your job to review what it wrote to check for errors and fix them yourself later. Most people don't expect that and give up early on.
Like it's not a money printing machine.

Thought I'd partake in the whole GANGSTER COMPUTER GOD WORLDWIDE SECRET CONTAINMENT POLICY
The most obvious ones seem to be: [AI] [LLM] [AGI] [TENSOR]
From the gens: [VIBE CODING or VIBE-CODING] [LOCAL MODEL] [LOCAL DIFFUSION] [CHATBOT] [DIFFUSION] [DE3] [SDXL] [MIDJOURNEY] [DALL-E] [TEXT2IMG] [FLUX]
Generics: [GPT] [CHATGPT] [GPT-4] [GPT-5] [CLAUDE] [GEMINI] [COPILOT] [GROK] [MISTRAL] [QWEN] [DEEPSEEK] [LLAMA] [PHI] [MOONSHOOT] [KIMI] [AGENTIC]
[SINGULARITY] [SNAILCAT] [VIBEGOD] [VIBECHAD] [SNAILCHAD]
Brands: [OPENAI] [ANTHROPIC] [XAI] [HUGGINGFACE] [RUNPOD] [TOGETHER AI] [REPLICATE]
There's more and some of these can be false positives. There will probably be hidden ones now and later especially when it's a twitter screenshot with no relevant words used to bypass obvious inpsection.
Good luck void-san, thank you for being someone who does something about a problem instead of just screaming into the abyss like everyone else.
I'll probably get banned but maybe it will reach out to a few anons from the past banned thread that were complaining about wanting a separate /ai/ board like a few days ago.

Hell no, AI is going to decrease future human intelligence like leaded gasoline if we let kids use it. IMHO this is far worse than simple repetitive entertainment used to keep them quiet.
>>2108
I'm not a parent so I don't know what is the "right" way to raise kids but being overprotective does seem to screw them up because instead of developing a healthy risk/reward evaluation they just become terrified of the outside world and never experience it.
Which ironically makes them sicker growing up not with normal diseases but instead autoimmune disorders as their body has so little experience with simple colds and reaction to harmless pollen that it goes apeshit and gives them asthma and whatnot.

Cringy exaggeration doesn't do it any favors either but temporal/scene background stability is getting better, less stuff in the background warping into other stuff or people phasing into existence. The clothes being thrown shows a lot of warping/hallucination though, I guess clothes in high speed motion isn't easy to simulate yet.
Can this even be done locally/quickly yet on anything less than an RTX 5090s yet though?

AIs can probably be used for RPG MZ and the 3D plugins but depending on how complex of a game you intend it may or may not be enough. Even without full 3D rendering, isometric views can hide the bland-ness of 2D games, and AIs are getting kinda good at understanding 3D space now. The potential is there but it'll be a while before you can get AI to crank out GTA V kind of immersive 3D RGP game.

True, it's good for certain things and horrible for others

How do you think the website could be improved? I got a lot of good ideas from anons
