Eugenics
I'm just a Mexican but was it really the right thing to stop Eugenics in the US? Like god dam, I know so many friendly blacks who aren't criminals and wish ones like picrel would just disappear/be dragged to hell.

We don't need eugenics, we just need actions to have consequences. Judges let criminals like that walk free all the time, you hear of cases where one guy gets arrested 50 times and is still allowed to terrorize the streets, the laws are soft on crime.
Put criminals in prison and throw the keys away.
