Summer Storm!

A high school boy named Hajime meets an older girl named Arashi in a local coffee shop and discovers that she is actually a ghost from the World War II era. She can travel through time by making a connection with a living human, and Hajime helps her use this power to right the wrongs of the past while dealing with their own developing relationship.
