Amadeus

Set in 18th-century Vienna, this film dramatizes the bitter rivalry between the envious court composer Antonio Salieri and the divinely gifted, yet often vulgar, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Salieri, convinced God favors Mozart, plots his downfall.
