Two interweaving stories follow Renji, who meets a girl with a memory disorder that only allows her to remember the last 13 hours, and Hiro, a manga artist caught between his childhood friend and a new acquaintance. They all struggle to maintain their connections despite the specialized obstacles they face in their daily lives.
