I got tired of Hydrus Network feeling too heavy, so I asked claude to write a python script that pretty much just organizes images based on tags, displays thumbnails, and nothing else. It's pretty lightweight and took only like half an hour (most of the time spent was spent reviewing the code).
Vibecoding is fun and I've been able to make so many little scripts that help me a lot daily, when nothing else meets my needs. Plus I'm a full time software dev so I can't be assed to spend my time manually writing code for hobby shit.
>>2347 You can use whatever tags you please. I don't think I'm going to use it heavily though. Hydrus is still preferable as it's just nicer with a GUI and all. Plus, I use Hydrus for essentially backing up gelbooru, so I need it for booru viewing.
